The Right Resistance: Joe Biden’s mask-less Saturday night proves his contempt for every American

Doesn’t he (or she) care about us?

It’s always a loaded question. Political polls and surveys often contain a query that goes something like, “Which candidate would you say cares more about someone like you?”, or to alternatively phrase, “Which candidate best understands people like you?”, or, “Which candidate relates to people like you?”

Whatever the phraseology, more often than not the answer is implied by the question. It’s the Democrat, right? Traditionally speaking, the media portrayed Democrats as the party of the proverbial “little guy,” the hard-working but poor man or woman who pulls on his or her boots or soft-soled shoes in the morning before heading off to the worksite or plant, punching a timecard and settling down to eight or more hours of toil and physically exhausting labor. The infamous sweat shops of the industrial revolution may have gone by the wayside (they’re only in China now), but there’s still a lot of hardship in the workplace today.

Democrats, as endlessly depicted by the biased talkers and writers, supposedly “understand” the struggling person better than Republicans. The stereotype of the latter faction is that of a hard-hearted capitalistic, country club patronizing, materialistic, cutthroat, money driven, suit and tie wearing business man or woman, the type of citizen who bases all personal or professional decisions on the bottom line and isn’t capable of comprehending the lower rungs who work with their hands.

Think of Mitt Romney as the poster boy for old guard Republicans. In the 2012 campaign, when the story leaked that he had put his dog on top of the family station wagon and drove to their vacation destination decades before, Mitt’s snobby reputation was sealed. The man had headed Bain Capital and now he’s an admitted pet abuser? How gauche! How out of touch! Anyone who would do that isn’t capable of “getting” me, right? Forget the fact that Barack Obama hadn’t had a real job in his life and founded the dope smoking “Choom Gang” in his youth -- Democrats understand people like me!

A similar rationale was employed for casting out President Donald Trump and replacing him with “good guy” Joe Biden in last year’s election. Biden grew up in a working-class family -- his father was a used car salesman -- and he attended regular government schools and had to fight his way through being bullied because of a stuttering problem. Later on, he confronted “Corn Pop” and worked as a lifeguard at a public pool.

It's the stuff of legend. Biden, or “Uncle Joe” as he was more commonly referred to throughout his time in office, reportedly knew all about issues plaguing the great unwashed huddled masses. Put Joe in the president’s chair and he’ll not only care tons more about America than Donald Trump ever did, he’ll relate to you as well. Biden “cares about America and Donald Trump only cares about himself” is how one Biden voter described it to me.

Well, ol’ caring Joe was caught on camera recently without a mask in public. This is the same man who’d repeatedly preached that it’s everyone’s “patriotic duty” to wear a mask, so as to prevent spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP, or Wuhan, if you prefer) virus.

No mask? What’s wrong, Joe, don’t you care about us anymore? Valerie Richardson reported at The Washington Times:

“Mr. Biden and First Lady Jill Biden were caught on video walking maskless Saturday through the Fiola Mare restaurant alongside masked Secret Service agents, prompting accusations of hypocrisy, given the president’s advocacy of facial coverings. Asked about the incident by Fox White House correspondent Peter Doocy, Ms. Psaki said, ‘I think what you’re referring to is a photo of them walking out of a restaurant after they had eaten, masks in hand, where they had not yet put them back on.’

“There were indeed photos posted online showing Mr. Biden unmasked outside the establishment, but the video also revealed the Bidens strolling past diners inside the posh Italian seafood restaurant.

“Ms. Psaki said the question was missing the big picture. ‘So, I would say, of course, there are moments when we all don’t put masks back on as quickly as we should, but I don’t think we should lose the forest through the trees here in that our objective here is to get more people vaccinated,’ she said. The federal government should ‘make sure that schools and companies around the country can put in place requirements to save more lives and keep people safer, and, you know, not overly focus on moments in time that don’t reflect overarching policy,’ she added.

Like yeah, totally!

I know, I know, it’s just me. I don’t think about “overarching policy” when I see footage of the caring and compassionate senile Joe and Dr. Jill strolling through a fancy-schmancy elitist restaurant with linen table cloths and a diner/server ratio of 1:1 without wearing the CCP-virus stifling face coverings, the same ones the beautiful people lecture us regular serfs to strap on or else face civil and/or criminal repercussions.

The average budget stressed American couldn’t even think about going to such an establishment, instead being confined by prudence and economic necessity to patronizing fast food joints. And if your area is anything like mine, many quick places don’t even have their dining rooms open. It’s not necessarily due to dictatorial mask mandates, but because the owners can’t entice enough worker bodies to come and make the food and oversee the dining areas for COVID cleanliness.

Personally, I wasn’t overly offended by Biden’s mask-less foray out among the upper class. Deep down, even clueless Joe probably doesn’t feel the urge to wear a face diaper and resents the stupid things which, studies have shown, don’t prevent infection (at least the usual paper or cloth ones don’t). Family members who work in the medical profession have to don masks as part of their job, but theirs are more akin to what you’d see in Star Wars or other science fiction work than in Joe Biden’s world.

Who knows? Maybe senile Joe had just spoken with Dr. Anthony Fauci and the government’s COVID bag man finally told him about how useless the things are, and not to be a fool by depriving himself of needed oxygen for his rapidly deteriorating brain.

Again, no mask? The greater issue here is, doesn’t president Joe and Dr. Jill care about us anymore?

Recently Biden said that inflation will work itself out -- eventually -- and he’s expressed little to no concern about Americans who worry that their privacy rights are being trampled by vaccine mandates. Many of the people refusing the shots would theoretically be traditional Democrats, the blue-collar types who just want to be left alone to earn their wage and not be told by the government about how they’re making life dangerous for everyone else by following their own judgment.

People are even getting fired for not bowing to Biden. Just the other day, Washington State university let its head football coach and four of his assistants go because they refused to submit to Democrat Governor Jay Inslee’s order. Police forces across the country are similarly holding out and calling in sick -- further placing the nation’s internal harmony in danger -- rather than be forced to inject against their will.

What’s more of a threat to the citizenry -- opting out of what basically amounts to a flu shot or subjecting the people to a shortage of police? I wonder if there’s an emergency that Biden, Jen Psaki, Nancy Pelosi and Jay Inslee are available to respond to in person?

Meanwhile, Republican governor and conservative star Ron DeSantis (of Florida) touts the vaccine at every opportunity but won’t mandate that Floridians get poked. And what’s happened in the Sunshine State? Florida cases are way down despite being one of the top destinations for COVID-carrying -- and unvaccinated -- illegal aliens. Needless to say, tourism brings in business -- and living, breathing people -- to the state. They bring their health issues with them, too.

I haven’t heard for sure, but I doubt there are any Florida state employees who have threatened to quit because there isn’t a mandate there. And if there are, good riddance!

The lesson here? Democrats are no longer the party that “cares” about people. They lost the designation long ago, but the slow creep of elitism into the faction’s power structure is complete. Everyone knows Nancy Pelosi’s been caught mask-less on several occasions, as have Dr. Fauci, Dianne Feinstein, Rashida Tlaib and the Big O himself at his birthday bash in August (among others).

It’s all phony, but hardly surprising. Liberals claimed that Donald Trump’s support from average citizens wasn’t real. Trump doesn’t hide his affection for the people and doesn’t tell them what to believe and do. There’s a huge difference there.

Democrats don’t give a hoot what anyone thinks -- as reaffirmed by Jen Psaki when attempting to explain away her boss’s hypocritical behavior. As long as they continue to hide behind the big lie of “protecting people” through vaccine mandates, Democrats believe they can dumb down the public to accept that these are just “isolated incidents, but we really do care about you.”
