The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit put Biden’s vaccine and testing mandate pending review, writing that “the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate.” But Democrat Joe Biden doesn’t see it that way.
As we explained in our article “Court Nixes Biden Vaxx Mandate... For Now” the court’s decision came in response to a joint petition from entities in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay of the requirement by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration that those workers be vaccinated by Jan. 4 or face mask requirements and weekly tests. You can read the order through this link.
The court-ordered pause came a day after the requirements went into effect, starting the countdown for businesses with 100 or more employees to ensure their staff have received the shots required for full vaccination by Jan. 4. After that date, unvaccinated workers must submit a negative Covid-19 test weekly to enter the workplace. All unvaccinated workers must start wearing face masks indoors at their workplaces starting Dec. 5.
However, in a truly astonishing statement challenging the fundamental constitutional relationship between the Executive and Judicial Branches of our Republic the Biden administration has demanded companies ignore the Court’s order and proceed with implementing the vaxx, mask or get fired mandate.
CNBC reported the White House on Monday said businesses should move forward with President Joe Biden’s vaccine and testing requirements for private businesses, despite a federal appeals court ordering a temporary halt to the rules.
“People should not wait,” White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters during a briefing. “They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”
We and other conservatives see Biden telling America’s major corporations to ignore the law as the desperate act of a failing administration and a dangerous precedent for the future.
And our friends at Americans for Limited Government have organized a campaign to flood key corporate executives with email telling them stand for the rule of law and hold the line against Biden’s demand that they ignore a lawful court order.
These key companies are:
Walmart, Delta, Home Depot, MGM Entertainment, Cintas, YUM (Taco Bell, KFC and others), ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and Kroger.
Biden is trying to force these companies to mass fire employees who for whatever reason do not wish to take the vaccine.
We urge you to join the campaign to pound this specific list of companies – immediately.

The bottom line is Biden is desperate.
He’s unpopular, and he’s angry.
He’s trying to force these companies to do what he wants – without the consent of Congress or the American people.
He wants businesses to collect private health information on its employees on the government’s behalf.
He wants private vaccination records to be kept by private companies and to be available for government inspection at a moment’s notice.
And he wants every single person who chooses not to receive the vaccine to be fired and even banned from receiving unemployment!
Which is why we conservatives need to pressure these executives and give the management of these companies both air cover and backbone.

Message: As an American consumer I urge that you DO NOT implement Joe Biden’s illegal vaccine mandates order that requires all companies like yours to fire every employee who chooses not to get vaccinated. A federal court has already stayed Biden’s order so legally you cannot comply. However the White House is urging corporations like yours to violate the law and implement his mandate anyway. DO NOT DO IT! I and millions of Americans are monitoring what your company does over the next few weeks. Do the right (and legal) thing for your employees, your stockholders and the American people!
