Is Joe And Hunter’s Money Laundering Scheme Starting To Unravel?

Internet sleuths have made another interesting discovery about the financial relationship

between now-President Joe Biden and his ne'er-do-well son Hunter.

It turns out Hunter Biden claimed he was paying $49,910 a month rent to his father to live in the Barley Mill Rd house where the classified intel was stored by the Corvette.*

To those who think $49,910 a month rent is an astonishing amount of rent to pay for a house in Wilmington, DE you would be on to something – a friend of ours did a little research and discovered real estate services company Zilliow says the rental value on this home is $7,612 a month, netting Joe a handsome profit if he ever collected that kind of rent from Hunter.

So, did Joe Biden declare the $49,910 per month Hunter Biden paid him for rent in 2017?

To find the answer to that question we could just take a look at Joe Biden's tax returns, which he bragged that, in contrast to Donald Trump, he had disclosed and put online.

Except the tax returns are no longer at the old URL, instead of Joe’s tax returns once Hunter Biden's massive payments to Joe were made public President Biden's federal and state tax returns were hidden on his website. Click on any year and you will get a prompt to donate to his campaign instead of his tax returns.

Fortunately, the internet is a hard mistress who never forgets and archive.org saved the President's tax returns for the years Hunter allegedly paid him $49,910 per month “rent” on the Barley Mill Rd house.

Unfortunately for Joe, he did not report the rent Hunter allegedly paid him as income on his taxes.

So, we are left with a series of interesting questions:

1. Did Hunter ever pay Joe the $49,910 per month “rent” on the property, or was this some crack-addled BS by Hunter?

2. If Hunter did pay why didn’t Joe account for the money on his taxes?

3. What was the source of the $49,910 per month “rent” Hunter allegedly paid Joe?

4. If Hunter paid and Joe didn’t report it as income has a crime been committed?

5. If, as Democrats say, there’s nothing to see here, why did Joe suddenly hide his previously disclosed tax returns?

6. If Hunter was the tenant at the Barley Mill Rd house where the classified documents were stored, did he access them?

To our list of six key questions Jesse Watters of FOX News added a couple:

Joe's documents were spread-eagle, ready for the taking, but Joe being careless with the docs isn't even the biggest scandal. Hunter has his fingerprints all over this. He was telling people he owned the house where Joe stored away his secrets — claimed he was also paying $50,000 a month in rent. Why was a 50-year-old man living at his parents' house where he was stuffing his classified documents?

Wait a second. If Hunter could afford $50,000 a month in rent, why was he staying with the Big Guy? The Big Guy was charging his son $50,000 a month in rent. Wait a second. Is this how Hunter was funneling foreign money into his dad's pockets through rent payments? Did we just find the smoking gun that's going to take down the Biden crime family? I don't know.

We don’t know if this is the smoking gun that will bring down the Biden crime family, but it certainly has Democrats and their stenographers in the Leftwing media worried, because even the New York Times is calling them “troubling,” even as they try to undercut the Republicans’ interpretation of the facts now in the record.

For our part, we agree with House Oversight Committee Republicans who have announced hearings and investigations into actions by the Bidens “demonstrating deliberate, repeated deception of the American people, abuse of the executive branch for personal gain, use of government power to obstruct the investigation” and more.

More to the point, we think the “and more” should definitely be included whether Hunter ever paid Joe the $49,910 per month “rent,” the source of those funds and if Hunter accessed the classified documents stored at the home to advance any of his shady foreign business dealings.

The Capitol Switchboard is (202) 224-3121 we urge CHQ readers and friends to call Chairman Comer, tell him you appreciate his aggressive posture on investigating the Biden family corruption. Tell him you are with him and the Oversight Committee Republicans and that you are counting on him to expose and refer for prosecution any corrupt practices his investigation reveals.

*It is unclear to what purpose the recently surfaced Apply Check form was filled out and apparently signed by Hunter Biden back in 2018.
