Fight The Leftist Oppression Of Mike Lindell And MyPillow
The strange visceral hatred the Far Left has for entrepreneur and high-profile Trump
supporter Mike Lindell reveals in chilling clarity who they are by what they hate. In Mr. Lindell’s case it is a born-again Christian who beat drug addiction and failure to become an inventor and build a successful brand that sells products used and beloved by millions of Americans.
Editor’s Note: I own two MyPillows and love them. According to a tweet from our friend Matt Couch use code Hope77 for a MyPillow discount for Patriots.
Mr. Lindell’s unabashed and unapologetic Christianity. His old-fashioned Midwestern conservativism and can-do entrepreneurship drive liberals crazy, and his friendship with President Trump has made him the target of a venomous campaign against his company.
Our friends at the Epoch Times report Sleeping Giants, a leftist activist group, has ongoing campaigns to pressure companies to drop conservative and right-leaning websites, such as Breitbart News and Fox News. On Twitter, it trumpeted the news that Bed Bath & Beyond and Kohl’s dropped My Pillow, claiming Lindell played a part in motivating the breach of the Capitol by questioning the results of the 2020 election. It also looks like Wayfair is dropping MyPillow.
Lindell said the actions came after groups such as Sleeping Giant pushed companies to stop doing business with him.
“Just got off the phone — not five minutes ago. Kohl’s, all these different places. ... These guys don’t understand,” he went on. “They’re scared. Like a Bed Bath & Beyond, they’re scared. They were good partners. In fact, I told them, ‘You guys come back anytime you want.’”
“It’s not their fault that they’re scared because they don’t realize these are fake people that [are saying], ‘We’re going to boycott your store if you don’t drop My Pillow.'” People should go into the stores and say they support My Pillow, said Mr. Lindell.
He also said his company is a good partner and has seen its direct sales increase 30 to 40 percent since Jan. 15.
“We’ve had great relationships with these companies. And they’ve had to drop us now because of attacks by some group that was hired to send bots and trolls on their social media accounts,” Mr. Lindell told NTD.
But this is just the latest Leftwing attack on Mike Lindell.
Back in August 2020, when everyone was searching for coronavirus treatments in advance of the vaccine rollout, Mr. Lindell got sucker-punched by Leftist CNN host Anderson Cooper for his support for testing the drug oleandrin as a coronavirus treatment.
Cooper laid down a barrage of insults against Mr. Lindell, comparing him to a “snake oil salesman.” When Mr. Lindell asked why he would push something that wouldn’t work, Cooper said, “Money.” Later, when Mr. Lindell asked, “Why would I ruin my reputation?” Anderson said, “You don’t have a great reputation.”
That insult was so out of line and so contrary to the facts Mr. Lindell should have gotten up and walked off the set – but it was a tribute to his character that he stuck it out and did his best to defend himself.
Regarding the reputation of Mike Lindell, in addition to recognition of his business acumen from the business community, Mr. Lindell has also received the National Religious Broadcasters President’s Award in recognition of his Christian work and very public testimony about his faith – but for Leftists like Anderson Cooper public testimony of one’s Christian faith is a cause for ridicule.
We had the opportunity to sit with Mr. Lindell at a conservative event before the Chinese virus shutdown – Mike is the real deal – a committed Christian and conservative with a genius for marketing his invention. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with them, but I’m ordering a couple of MyPillows and I hope you will too. And while you are on the MyPillow.com website order a copy of Mike Lindell’s book “What Are the Odds?” It is an inspiring story of redemption and worth reading and keeping for regular inspiration.
