Democrats Deploy Insurrectionists Against Supreme Court

Multiple conservative news outlets have reported that in reaction to a leaked draft opinion showing that the court is likely preparing to overturn Roe v. Wade, abortion supporters protested outside the United States Supreme Court on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Protests also took place in Los Angeles (where protestors violently clashed with police) and in New York City.

However, our friend Mary Margaret Olohan, writing for the Daily Wire, reports something new and dangerous in the history of our politics – Democrat aligned activist groups are directing angry abortion protestors to the homes of “six extremist” Supreme Court justices amid swelling abortion protests in major cities around the country.

The progressive activist group Ruth Sent Us announced “walk-by Wednesday,” urging protestors to come to “the homes of the six extremist justices, three in Virginia and three in Maryland.”

“The radical Left and their dark money funders have one goal, which is to intimidate the Court,” Judicial Crisis Network President Carrie Severino told The Daily Wire on Wednesday evening. “Showing up at the justices’ homes to harass them is absolutely beyond the pale and shows the lengths to which they are willing to go in order to undermine the Court’s independence.”

On its website, the group listed the street names where each justice supposedly lives with their families: Amy Coney Barrett, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch.

“If you’d like to join or lead a peaceful protest, let us know,” the activist group said, adding in another message, “Our 6-3 extremist Supreme Court routinely issues rulings that hurt women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights. We must rise up to force accountability using a diversity of tactics,” reported Ms. Olohan.

The violent Leftwing group “Shut Down DC” posted plans for similar insurrectionary activities across the DC Metro area.

“Shut Down DC” was one of the organizers of the violent assault on the White House that injured two dozen Secret Service personnel and led to millions of dollars of damage to Jackson Park and surrounding buildings.

The violent Leftist organization plans an assault on the homes of Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh touting on its website: SATURDAY, Chevy Chase neighbors welcome you to join them for a candlelight walk to the homes of (In)Justices Kavanaugh and Roberts.

Such “protests” intended to intimidate judges are straight out of the Democrats’ old Ku Klux Klan playbook and are actually illegal in Virginia, and we hope the local authorities will take the appropriate action, although given they are mostly woke Democrats we aren’t holding our breath.

In the meantime, pro-life organizations might consider counter demonstrations but with the caveat that the Left is not going let any expression of support for the Court or its purported decision to scrap Roe remain peaceful for long.

Jackson Elliott of the Epoch Times reported pro-abortion protesters outside the Supreme Court attacked four pro-life Christian activists who showed up to counterprotest.

Rev. Patrick Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition, Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust Director A.J. Hurley, Priests for Life Director Bryan Kemper, and Right to Life East Texas founder Pastor Mark Lee Dickson walked together into the nearly 300-strong pro-abortion protest at about 8 p.m.

The protest was on the left side of a set of barricades that took up most of the center of the Supreme Court grounds.

First, an unidentified protester hit Kemper, after which police surrounded the four pastors, forming a line between them and the pro-abortion protesters.

After surrounding the police line for about 15 minutes, Mr. Elliott reported the pro-abortion protesters started walking to the right side of the central barricades. They were trying to move away from the men.

The pro-life men chose to follow. Still surrounded by police, they walked to the center until police refused to allow them to move further.

“U.S. Capitol Police are telling us we cannot go peacefully exercise our First Amendment rights,” Mahoney said.

Officers told the pro-life group that allowing them to approach the 300 pro-abortion protesters would put them in danger.

And they were right.

Several pro-abortion protesters were on the side of the police line where the four men were.

Suddenly, a female protester ran up and hit Dickson. His hat fell to the ground. Then the female protester ran a short distance away, but after a lengthy back-and-forth the assailant was let go.

Here’s the assailant in a photo captured by Epoch Times reporter Jackson Elliott.

Does anyone know this woman – if so leave her name and background in the comments for follow-up by the DC or Capitol police.
